ImageSeeker from LTU Technologies – Based on color, texture, and image segmentation. No upload – the demo applies to a fixed image collection. Whether it actually uses image analysis is unclear.

The only demo is the one I saw last time I was there. There is a collection of a few dozen images and you can “find similar images” – from the same collection. The search continues… [...]
